Dry Belt Loader This is a new style of utilizing the U-Cart Concrete Equipment for more efficiency, less moving parts, and less maintenance and clean up. This Mixing System uses the Mixing Trailers in conjunction with the Concrete Blender. With this system, the trailer actually mixes the concrete rather than an auger doing all of the work. This allows for a conveyor belt to bring the material to the trailer. Thus eliminating the need for an expensive auger with wear shoes on the flights. It also eliminates the leaking which is common with auger systems, and the clean up after every load of material discharged. With the Dry System, the operator sets the prescribed time, and when the loading is done, the operator may walk away. no need for clean up at all. It is ready for the next load. The U-Cart Dry system is available in the folling configurations: Single Hopper Systems CB1 90D Machine in which the belt assembly comes out at 90° from the center of the machine. CB 1D Machine in which the belt assembly comes straight out from the machine Double Hopper Systems CB2 90D Machine in which the belkt assembly comes out from the machine at 90° from the center of the machine.
